It's really irritating and annoying that my MacBook Pro Mid 2012 almost a decade old machine and I put it under same circumstances and that handles the fans pretty well unlike this 16" machine.
If I'm on Zoom or Ms Teams for meeting the fan noise disturbs the other participants (let alone myself who's annoyed by it to the end) in meeting and there's nothing I can do about it. Let's keep graphic intensive work aside, while just surfing the web, the fans kick-in as per their wish in light usage and go crazy.
